Description

The BC337 transistor is an NPN transistor with excellent maximum current gain capability of 600 but normal gain is around 110 so that you can use it in amplifier application. It can have a maximum collector current flow of 800mA and maximum collector power dissipation of 625mW. Maximum transistor frequency is 100MHz and maximum collector to emitter voltage is 45V so you can use it to drive loads under 800mA like pre-amplifiers, signal conditioners and in general purpose switching applications. It is the complimentary transistor of BC 327 PNP Transistor.
